Which service does my pavement need?

When can traffic return?
Crack sealing and patches are typically ready the same day. Sealcoating needs longer to cure, commonly 24–48 hours. Weather and site conditions matter; always follow the reopening time given by the crew.
Can you work around an occupied property?
We can often phase work to keep parts of a property accessible. Evening and weekend scheduling is available; discuss access needs when requesting your quote.
Does weather affect the work?
Yes. Sealcoating needs dry conditions and temperatures above 10°C. Crack sealing can be carried out in cooler weather, but rain can delay both services.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. Pricing depends on the area, preparation and services required. Contact us with the property address and a description of the work.
Are you insured?
VI Asphalt Repair is insured and WorkSafeBC covered. Certificates of insurance can be provided on request.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
