Warranty and Satisfaction Policy
Sealcoating Warranty
Sealcoating is a protective surface treatment. Natural wear over time is normal.
We provide a 6–12 month workmanship warranty covering:
-
Major peeling or flaking not caused by traffic, weather, or contamination
-
Missed areas during application
-
Coating failure caused by incorrect application
Not Covered:
-
Tire scuffing or power steering marks
-
Oil, gas, or chemical spills
-
Tree sap, moss, algae, and organic staining
-
Damage from snow plows, shovels, or pressure washing
-
Cracks reopening due to ground movement or frost
-
Damage from traffic before full cure time (usually 24–48 hours)
-
Wear caused by heavy equipment or vehicles exceeding residential/commercial limits
Crack Filling Warranty
Crack sealing reduces water penetration but does not permanently stop cracks from moving or returning.
We provide a 30-day warranty against:
-
Material failure (sealant completely missing or popped out due to improper adhesion)
Not Covered:
-
Cracks reopening due to ground movement, frost heave, settling, or heavy traffic
-
Cracks spreading or new cracks forming in other areas (These are natural and not considered failures.)
Patching & Asphalt Repair Warranty
For pothole or asphalt patch repairs, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty against:
-
Major failure such as significant sinking, severe crumbling, or separation of the patch from surrounding asphalt.
Not Covered:
-
Base or sub-base failures
-
Drainage issues, pooling, or soft ground
-
Heavy loads exceeding design strength
-
Damage caused by vehicles turning while stationary (“twist-off” damage)
Line Painting and Road Marking Warranty
Line painting and road marking are surface markings. Normal wear and fading from traffic and weather is expected.
We provide a 6 month workmanship warranty covering:
-
Missed markings or areas included in the approved scope
-
Incorrect layout or placement compared to the approved plan
-
Paint adhesion failure caused by improper surface prep or application, such as peeling or flaking
Not Covered:
-
Normal fading or wear from traffic, tire scuffing, power steering marks, or heavy use
-
Damage from snow plows, sweeping, pressure washing, or power scrubbing
-
Oil, fuel, chemical, or solvent spills
-
Markings applied over contaminated or wet surfaces not disclosed prior to work, such as oil residue, dust, moisture, or curing sealcoat
-
Changes requested after layout approval, or layout changes caused by obstacles or access limits on site
-
Damage from traffic before paint is fully dry and cured
No Refund Policy
Once materials are applied, they cannot be removed.
For this reason, refunds are not offered.
If a workmanship-related issue arises within the warranty period, we will inspect the area and correct it as required.
Customer Responsibilities (Required for Warranty Coverage) All Services

Avoid sharp turning, hard braking, and power steering on fresh sealcoat, paint, and patches until cured.
-
Keep the surface clean and free of oil, fuel, chemicals, and debris.
-
Maintain reasonable site conditions, especially drainage, slope, and runoff control.
-
Protect new work from damage such as snow plows, shovels, sanding, pressure washing, or aggressive sweeping.

Our Promise
We stand behind our workmanship.
If an issue is related to how the work was performed and falls within the warranty terms above, we will make it right.
